Week 4 - After a long break... flower that is easy and I make often

This is simple flower but adds a decorative look to project . This time i'm doing it for garland. Initially with intention to sew with beads and leave. In making several thoughts came - color bleeding ( how many of projects got ruined due to this), variety, color combinations, flexibility. An Idea came up ...this is it -

A flower with beads and loop. Then these can be detachable flowers and I can connect them the way I want , in the order I want.

I call it " Each day new garland design":)

Week 3 - Simple and elegant flower

This is very simple flower yet again from Sheruknitting.com. Simple as it has only three rounds. Elegant as it looks so pretty by second round itself that I made several such flowers for clips.
After my many tries with clips, this new idea of having loop behind the flower is the best, no sewing, no gluing, no hot gun glue. This fix beats it all, just works so well.

A flower a week

As my new initiative to complete the threads and yarns I have with me, before I look out for buying more, I'll be crocheting 'a flower a week'. The idea itself is very exciting.
Every time I go to Jayanagar 4th block, I just walk down to this shop and by handful of threads and yarn. I'm controlling this temptations for quite some time now. And when I am planning on what I need for usage, I always run short of thread, the required thread i mean:) the exact color etc. But no...until I complete the stock I have no more shopping threads!
So having decided that, here is my thread stock -

Separated them, organised them, now have to do lists, set aside the incomplete ones to finish and get the first priority over new projects. Phew, quite a planning.

The creative mind doesn't like planning. So there would be on the rush projects, but yes will set routine as well. Here goes the first one -

To start with I have this flower from Sheruknitting.
