Love for yarn and yearn to complete...

Year end is approaching and if I had to look back I have so many pending projects waiting for me to complete them. Here are few of the projects..

A bag to hold tiffin boxes, basically act as an cover so that can be kept inside back pack. I had knitting cotton, had lots of thoughts to do something else from this yarn, finally ended up doing this bag. Ran short of thread hence used different color variations. The handle that I'm planning to put is french knot thread. Hoping to complete this sooner.

Now this bag , I'm really having fun in making. So it quite speedy, and taking shape faster. Out of love for Granny square, and addiction this is favorite project and will be my first one with bag lining and zipper. Hold on till I complete this one!

Yarn gifted by my friend Smi, had hard time thinking what I'll make out of this. Finally settled for Scarf. Love the color merge. And this simple pattern is fun to do , without much thought or effort , sitting back and comfortably making this pattern is fun!

This one is bag again, hoping with all the craze for bag, I'll be able to use up all the knitting cotton yarns bought :)
Isn't this thread cool...while starting I'd planed to make passport pouch, not sure what it will turn out t be...it is in its early stages, lets see how it shapes up.

Yoke ...Lace and more of it!

I did this design for one of the local designer near my place. It is really interesting to see view point from another creative person from different area. I had fun to work on this project. The black one is first attempt and the white one is the second one with improvised version suiting the requirement.

Applique... cute and tiny

For the Curtain

Making these flutters for curtains, inspired by Mrs Micawber's blog.

Mobile pouch hearts

Trying new pattern is more exciting, which makes me look into the patterns, and correct them. This is inspiration by mypicot.com patterns.

Giving  finishing look to a pattern is the creative part, and I love it as this is when iv open up all the beads and artifacts that I have collected.
I have put heart button and hangings here added few beads here and there to cover up  Three stitches.

Cushion, inspired by nature...a wonderful tree and the hues that are visible from my Balcony

The squares are inspired by the colors I see from my balcony. Also I had this huge collection of green threads and not sure where to use it, I collected all of them and added few more for which the likelihood of using was difficult to figure out.

And from this pattern onwards I fell in love with granny squares

Purse

When I got this cotton yarn , I was very excited and tried all kind of purse and pouch I could. New in town, or new to me love the yarn and feeling of crocheting using this yarn.

Added this hook as latch,

Flower for bunting... Garland...

True this experimental flower over weekend. My own pattern.

Table runner

T his is direct copy from a magazine. Never get tired of the design. I've used two ply yarn which gives a different look to the pattern.
